Rochester Chess Center Weekly Schedule

Every Monday: 7:00pm to 10pm, Rated League, ~ 10 weeks. We'll get you on to a team. Runs throughout the year in four 10 week segments. 4 or 5 players on a team, the highest player on your team plays the highest player on your opponent's team, etc. Rated by the USCF, Game/90 minutes. $25.00

Every Wednesday: 7:30 to 10pm, USCF Rated Games with the Community Chess Club. Opponent will be assigned. $4.00

Second Saturday of every month: 9:30am to 8:00pm, Monthly Grand Prix. 4 rounds. Game/60 Rounds 1, 2. Game/90 Rounds 3, 4. Guaranteed prizes! $150-$90-$60. Class prize $80.00. 10 GPP. $30.00

Every Saturday: 10:00am to 1:00pm, Youth Tournament. Learn how to budget your time using a chess clock and get comfortable with recording moves. Prize for each player and if you are a USCF member, your games will count toward your national rating. Game/30 - usually 3-5 games. $5

Every Saturday: 2:00PM to 8:00pm, Afternoon Tournament. USCF rated, cash prizes. Sections by rating, 8 players each. Game/60, 3 rounds. $12.00 adults, $10.00 HS, $8.00 pre-HS

USCF events require USCF membership, $42.00 premium or $29.00 with no magazine. Kids pay $24.00 for ages 16-24, $20 for ages 13-15, and $16 for ages 12 and under. You can join the USCF here the same day you play. Entry fees are shown in the description of each event.
